Several months ago the Lord put on the heart of intercessors at New Haven to begin to pray about Human Trafficking in Houston. We were unaware of the problem but in obedience to the Lord we began to intercede. Immediately we noticed the issue making the nightly news and reports of successful rescues of those trapped in Human Trafficking. The Lord has arranged some divine meetings and relationships are being established with local ministries who minister and rescue these individuals.
On September 23 there will be a Bus Ride through Houston where you can:
- Hear stories from those involved in the fight against Human Trafficking.
- Learn how to identify Human Trafficking and recognize red flags in your neighborhood.
- Take action, at the end of the bus ride, by being a part of a street outreach to homeless youth who have been identified as a vulnerable population for trafficking.
