Personal preparedness is the first step to being able to respond to the needs of others in disaster or crisis.  The focus of this seminar is to educate and equip our city to be a resource and not a liability. Preparedness is more than storing food and water. It is how we carry our hearts. Spiritual preparedness is what separates responders from survivalists.
