Worship Arts
Vision
To encourage the development of all the worship arts. To train and develop the gifts of the congregation in worship of our Lord Jesus Christ.
John 4:23-24 “But an hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for such people the Father seeks to be His worshipers. God is spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth." – Jesus
Psalm 27:4 “One thing I have asked from the LORD, that I shall seek: that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, To behold the beauty of the LORD And to meditate in His temple.”
“Worship is the constant for Christians because, whether in this life or the next, we are never outside of the Presence of God.” – Matt Redman
As we continually worship in spirit and truth, we desire and long for Jesus to reveal His ways, precepts, characteristics, presence, and realities of His Kingdom that will draw us closer than we were the day before. Encountering this presence inspires a love and awe within us that can only be satisfied by our King revealing more of who He is. As He exposes more of His character, it instills in us a desire to worship unceasingly (not just in but out of our services as well).
The fusion of His almighty power and greatness with His wonderful goodness and everlasting love adds mystery to our worship encounters. We long to express our Worship for the King in all aspects of the Worship Ministry.
The Worship Ministry includes the following areas:
- Performing Arts (vocals, instruments, dancing, drama)
- Visual Arts (painting, graphic art)
- Media/Technical Arts (sound, lights, video, image projection)
